Reducing Silos

HOPE For Tomorrow has partnered with the Project ECHO program out of the University Of New Mexico in order to provide a platform to bring community resource providers together. The model was born from the need to help treat Hepatitis C patients across rural areas of New Mexico. Clinics did not have expertise so all patients had to drive to Albuquerque in order to be treated. This model could not scale. Project ECHO was created to provide clinical expertise pushed out to the farthest parts of the state. Now the model is replicated around the world.

Our Project ECHO focuses its efforts on curing poverty and its effects. This is our moon shot.
